Centottanta takes its name from the Basaglia Law, the reform that closed mental asylums in 1978, restoring dignity to fragile people. This oil symbolizes the same spirit of rebirth of the Nata Terra social agriculture project which offers a new beginning to those who experience fragile situations, inserting them into a career path. The light fruity oil is cold extracted, with a continuous cycle process that preserves the qualities of the Leccino, Frantoiana and Itrana cultivars. It is an oil that brings with it the story of those who have rediscovered a voice and dignity, through work and care of the land.
